I'm a Senior Product Designer at IBM, working on watsonx.data and OpenRAG, IBM's open-source RAG platform. My work sits where AI systems meet the people who have to trust them: onboarding developers to model providers, explaining why a document failed to ingest, tracing an answer back to the exact chunk it came from, and making data pipelines honest about their own health. I work prototype-first, and I believe complexity is the platform's problem, not the user's. A background in brand, motion, and visual storytelling helps me make technical products feel clear and alive.
